For many years, organisations have focused on specific inclusion areas, such as gender, race, visible disabilities, etc…all based on what was “topical” or “necessary” at the time.
Praslova here talks about using an intersectional approach, which will in turn, improve the overall health and well-being of all employees, not just focus on specific marginalised or minority groups.
