This workshop will provide you with some information about interventions and supports that are available to individuals with additional needs. It provides you with some of the topics you might come across in your daily work.

It will equip you with the knowledge and skills to consider the types of supports that might benefit the person you work with while being involved in the persons Behaviour Support Plan and/or Individual Education Plan.

The webinar will look at the various visual strategies, their purpose and why they are important to a person who may present with behaviours that challenge and will guide you in the knowledge to develop your own.

Visual Strategies, Interventions and Supports is such a vast topic it would be impossible to include everything, therefore we aim to grow your awareness on current issues and provide you with a foundation of understanding on where and why some challenging behaviours are stemming from and how you can provide support by using these strategies.
