No laughing, but thought I’d share this very tasty, healthy and simple sambo.
- 2 slices spelt/wholewheat bread
- 1 egg
- 1 slice ham
- Few slices spring onion
- Salad cream or mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
To make this delicious sandwich, first boil an egg for at least 5 minutes. Cool it under cold water and de-shell it.
When the egg is cold, mash it up with a little salt and pepper (according to taste) and about a tablespoon of salad cream or mayonnaise (down to preference)
On one slice, layer your ham, egg and scallions.
Then pop the other slice on top.
