This was last Wednesday.
I still completed a full 7 days of exercise but I varied it up and didn’t go on too long a walks.

This week, I’m not doing too bad. I say not too bad, but really not as well as last week. Yes, I have completed 4 days of exercise, but this has mainly been short walks with only one workout thrown in.
I plan to do better tomorrow! Let’s see how it goes..
