Keith made a jerk marinade for the chicken, left it all day in the fridge.
Fired up the bbq ready to go this evening. While he cooked outside, I prepped inside.
Salad, bacon fried potatoes (famous within the family), sliced cheese, hard boiled eggs and fried onions…mmm, lovely.
All that was left was to enjoy the evening with the family.
