Baby steps

The goal you have does not need to be massive, we’re not trying to take over the world!

Thinking of the day ahead can be daunting for some people, so think smaller. Break it down into more manageable steps. Let the first goal be get out of bed. And work from there.

You might set yourself the goal of pick the kids up on time or finish that assignment, or maybe even sit down and give myself 5 minutes!

Whatever it is, set yourself a plan to make sure you can achieve that goal. Delegate where needed and prioritize your day/tasks to make that goal is attainable.

Remember, you got this!
