How we handle situations varies greatly from one person to the next. But our reactions can be the difference between seeing occurrences as a positive or negative event. And this makes a big difference to our emotions and our mental health.

Try to look at it differently. What happened that was so bad? Break it down and look for the positive that came from it. Even if that positive was simply to teach you something.
Sometimes you might not see the positive straight away, it could take days or weeks to present itself.
Remember, absorb the event. Reflect. Conquer. There isn’t anything that can’t be overcome.
